LITE TRAINING

The LITE package consists of your selected amount of intense basketball workout sessions for 60 minutes focusing on the essential fundamentals of the game. Shooting, dribbling, footwork, basketball specific conditioning and more.

Private Sessions

FLEX TRAINING

Sports performance training included.

The FLEX package consists detailed sports performance training created to further develop the athlete's overall speed, agility, strength, balance and flexibility. (90 minutes per session) Your selected amount of intense workout sessions also focusing on the essential fundamentals of the game. Shooting, dribbling, footwork, basketball specific conditioning and more.

  • One hour of high-level basketball training sessions for student-athletes led by F.L. Coaching staff with more than 15 years of combined coaching experience.

  • Each student-athletes skill set and level of play will be evaluated and incorporated into their sessions.
